We conduct comprehensive title searches for any U.S. Virgin Islands property.  Commonly requested by realtors, attorneys, and community members, we provide a detailed examination of all available public records to verify ownership.

A title search is an integral part of the home ownership process. 

Streamline provides a clear list of requirements for title to be passed from one party to another.  Upon closing and fulfillment of these requirements, Streamline will issue the new owner's Title Insurance.

Buyers are encouraged to purchase title insurance before closing. 

A Lender's title insurance policy protects your mortgage institution's financial interest in the ownership of your property.  Lender's title insurance can be purchased individually or as an add on to an Owner's Policy.  

 

If you are mortgaging any portion of your purchase or if you are refinancing, your lender will require title insurance.
