Laura SPRATT

Laura brings decades of experience in title services, with a strong background in both commercial transactions and residential closings. She lived on St. Croix for many years, managing our St. Croix branch, where she became deeply familiar with the local real estate landscape and built lasting relationships within the Virgin Islands community.

 

Now working remotely, Laura continues to play a key role supporting our on-island staff, ensuring accuracy, continuity, and efficiency across every transaction. Her depth of knowledge and steady presence make her an invaluable resource to both our team and our clients.

 

Outside of work, Laura enjoys swimming and spending time with her Irish Wolfhound, Molly.
